IMPORTANT: Thoroughly read warning and directions prior to using this product. Conduct a strand test according to steps 2 to 4 of directions, 24 hours prior to service, and proceed only if results are favorable. Do not wet or pre-shampoo hair.

DIRECTIONS: Step 1 – Base Application: Apply a thin coating of Comfort Zone Base Crème to ears, neck, around hairline and entire scalp to help avoid sensations. Check scalp carefully. If it has abrasions and/or abnormal conditions postpone relaxer application until conditions clear. Do not apply relaxer directly on scalp.

PROCESSING GUIDE: Use your professional judgment and the following guidelines to achieve the best results. Step 2 – Relaxer Application: Set timer according to timing guide. Wear gloves and apply ample amount of High Comfort Relaxer to new growth/virgin hair starting from nape area towards forehead parting in thin sections. When application is finished, gently smooth hair to achieve desired straightening. When processing is complete, rinse hair thoroughly with warm water and towel blot. Step 3 – Normalizing: Apply Afterglow Normalizer. Leave on hair for 2 minutes. DO NOT RINSE. Step 4 – Shampooing: Apply Moisture Bonded Neutralizing Shampoo on top of Afterglow Normalizer and work into rich lather. Rinse and repeat second time if pink color is evident in foam or rinsing water, then reapply for third time. Step 5 – Conditioning Treatment: Apply Triple Blend Hair Reconstructor to hair for 10 minutes (For damaged hair sit under dryer for 10 minutes) and rinse with warm water, towel blot and proceed to Vitale Pro styling products. WARNING: 1.This product contains Sodium Hydroxide (lye). You must follow directions carefully to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss and eye injury. 2. Allow 3 to 4 week between chemical services (haircolors and relaxers) to recondition hair prior to applying relaxer. 3. If relaxer causes skin or scalp irritation rinse out immediately and use Moisture Bonded Neutralizing Shampoo. Consult a physician if irritation persists. If relaxer gets into eyes rinse out immediately and consult a physician. 4. Always wear protective gloves. 5. Do not use on hair that has been treated with Ammonium Thioglycolate. 6. For external use only. 7. Do not use on hair that has been lightened with high lift color or bleach, or colored with metallic dyes.
